Singer Jung Joon Young is still in the midst of hardships, so it seems like C9 Entertainment is going to take legal measures soon!

On October 14, his agency posted through the official home page that the 'fake video' spreading on online communities, SNS, and messengers will be dealt with through the law. C9 stated, "All talk regarding the fake video has absolutely nothing to do with Jung Joon Young.  He already was deemed innocent by prosecution.  

"At first, we felt no need to take any action regarding a video that does not exist, but as time passes, various rumors, falsehoods, invasion into his privacy are occurring, so Jung Joon Young is in pain. We will take rigorous legal steps regarding the actions and writing of malicious comments as well as the circulation of falsehoods."
