A high school student was arrested for filming and uploading photos and videos of women he met online without their permission. 

The 17-year-old male student created a 'tickling club' online to seek partners to tickle one another. The online community also shared erotic content of its members. 

The high schooler met up with two of the female members at a karaoke and lifted up their shirts to tickle their stomach area. He recorded this without their consent and then later uploaded the videos to his online club website.

Other members saw these videos months later and reported the 17-year-old to the police. 

The police stated, "He is arrested and being charged for sexually harassing these women by filming them without their consent and also sharing the content in a public space."
