A high school student was arrested for filming and uploading photos and videos of women he met online without their permission.�

The 17-year-old male student created a 'tickling club' online to seek partners to tickle one another. The online community also shared erotic content of its members.�

The high schooler met up with two of the female members at a karaoke and lifted up their shirts to tickle their stomach area. He recorded this without their consent and then later uploaded the videos to his online club website.�

Other members saw these videos months later and reported the 17-year-old to the police.�

The police stated, "He is arrested and being charged for sexually�harassing�these women by filming them without their�consent and also sharing the content in a public space."�
