A recent report of a man dressed up as a woman walking around the campus of a women's college in a suspicious manner is drawing a lot of attention in Korea.
Multiple sightings of this person were posted on Dongduk Women's University's Facebook page recently.
One post stated, "What was that guy dressed like a woman, walking around the classrooms this morning? He was wearing a skirt and had makeup on, but he looked scary."
Others also backed up the post by supporting what the original poster witnessed. According to multiple accounts, the person was about 180cm (5 ft 10 in), had long hair down to his waist, but had sideburns. Notably, the person was lingering around the locker room where student athletes change their clothes. Many students were concerned that the person might have installed a hidden camera.

There have been many instances of hidden cameras secretly filming women in places like rest rooms and changing rooms. For instance, in 2015, a man who dressed up as woman installed a hidden camera in a women's restroom of his own university and recorded footage for a period of 2 years and 7 months.
Many women are fearful of falling victim to these type of crimes, but it is unclear in this particular instance if the person was indeed on campus to commit a crime or not.
