INFINITE's Hoya revealed his inspiration behind the lyrics for the group's track "One Day".

On the September 27th broadcast of SBS PowerFM's 'Kim Chang Ryul's Old School', Hoya said, "I participated in composing and writing the lyrics for 'One Day'. Including breakups, I tend to write my own experiences into lyrics. I think people prefer it that way."
He continued, "When I first started composing, I played tracks for people even if I composed a little bit. Now, I only play it for them if I'm finished with the whole song. I've been hurt after playing someone a song I wasn't finished with before."
