It's been belatedly reported B2ST's Junhyung was fined for his statements about his former agency head A on a February 2012 episode of KBS talk show 'Win Win'.
Junhyung said of A, "I was threatened by his intimidation," which A insisted was far from fact. A then filed a lawsuit for KBS to publicize a follow-up, and the B2ST member came forward as a witness at the court case. Junhyung denied the claim made by A that his statement on 'Win Win' was false, saying, "What I said on the broadcast is the truth."
However, A once again sued Junhyung in October of 2013 for presenting false evidence in court, and the rapper ended up receiving a monetary penalty a year later in October of 2014.
On September 30, A's lawsuit against KBS went forward, and the Supreme Court stated, "We do not know whether Junhyung's statements are the truth, and we cannot prove they were false. Publicize A's refutation on 'Entertainment Relay'."
