HyunA has released a dance practice video for her upbeat, summer track "How's This"!

She starts off the video by saying the weather's a bit warm, but it's still okay to follow her moves to shed some calories. As usual, HyunA eats up the camera as she performs the "How's This" choreography, and she doesn't hold back just because she's in the dance studio.
