On May 31, the agency announced, "We've decided to discard all copies of CLC's new 4th mini-album 'NU.CLEAR'. It was a difficult decision, but we'll take the hit for a better quality album for fans." CLC's album was originally scheduled to drop today, but the release date has been delayed to June 3.
Cube stated, "CLC's comeback this time around has all 7 members with Kwon Eun Bin's addition. It was necessary to give a better album to the fans who've been waiting to see CLC come back as a whole. We thank and apologize to the fans who pre-ordered. We ask for your understanding."
It's reported composers were dissatisfied by the final product and arrangement of the tracks, and Cube made the decision to re-release the tracks for quality reasons.
