Despite earlier reports, Girl's Day's Hyeri will be remaining at the hospital for further treatment and observation.
On March 9, her agency Dream Tea Entertainment clarified, "Hyeri's condition is slowly improving, but she hasn't completely recovered. We're discussing whether she'll be able to leave the hospital tomorrow, but she's not confirmed to be leaving tomorrow."
The agency added, "Hyeri's parents are currently caring for her. It seems that she'll have to rest for longer."
Hyeri was hospitalized earlier this week for encephalomeningitis. She's said to have suffered minor headaches in the past, and a doctor initially stated that she would need at least 3-4 days of rest.
