EXID teared up with gratitude to their manager.
The girls had a guerilla fanmeeting that was broadcast live on the V app. During the fanmeeting, the girls read a letter from their manager Kim Jae Hyun, who wrote, "We had a lot of good times in these 4 years. We also had a lot of obstacles, and we got so busy we didn't even have time to eat after 'Up & Down' became popular, but you never got angry and said, 'When would we promote like this? It's hard but we're happy'. I was thankful and learned a lot from you guys. I was happy to see you happy, and this will be a memory I never forget."

The members explained, "Jaehyun oppa is an original member who has been with us from the beginning." Hani added, "At first, Jaehyun oppa couldn't get paid. But he still didn't leave us. We are so grateful for him."
Junghwa also added, "When we get #1 or get a lot of good work, Jaehyun oppa is the happiest for us. He is the happiest with us and he thinks of us all the time. We're so grateful. We aren't good at expressing ourselves and we sometimes hurt him. We're so sorry for that. We love Jaehyun oppa the most."
