According to the female actress who was supposedly the victim, she felt sexually humiliated when a supporting male actor interpreted their scene a little too aggressively and tore her t-shirt and undergarment off. It was reported that the actress submitted her torn clothing to the police as proof of sexual harassment. With majority of the public accusing her of not being able to tell the difference between acting and ad-lib, the actress reported the harassment for the sake of continuing her acting career. 

However, two weeks after the sexual harassment charges, the actor who was charged with sexual harassment spoke up and released an official statement. He said, "If you look at the script, it's possible to interpret it differently." 

'One Night of TV Entertainment's crew sought out the film's production company in the hopes of getting a third-party opinion on the matter. A rep from the production company told the crew, "Since this is an issue between the actors, we can't give a definite answer on what's happened with who." The company further claimed that at the time of filming the scene in question, the actor and actress were alone in an enclosed space with only a handful of people. Further, the director and the director of photography were only looking at the viewfinder which possibly prevented from discovering exactly what occurred between the two actors. 

The crew of 'One Night of TV Entertainment,' frustrated about not getting any definitive answers, got ahold of an insider from the production company. The insider frankly stated, "It's hardly the case that the sexual controversy arose from an exposure that occurred without consent." The insider further explained that since filming is a project that needs to progress with trust, the exposure was agreed upon prior filming began and that it's difficult imagine outside the script.
