In the report that she filed, the actress claimed that the male actor went overboard during their filming and undid the buttons on her top without prior consent.
The filming took place back in April and the scene being filmed was about a drunk husband who returns home and assaults his wife. The male actor apparently got too into acting out the scene and undid some of the buttons on the female actress's top. The actress claimed, "There was nothing written on the script about this, so to undo the buttons is an act of sexual harassment," and filed a report with the police last month.
During his initial questioning, the male actor told the police, "If she thought it was problematic, she should have consulted me about this at the time of filming... I considered it a part of acting, and I had absolutely no intention of sexually harassing her."
The police will be calling in other cast and staff members who were on set to find out if there was intent of sexual harassment.
