During the interview following the shoot, Seulgi shared her thoughts on promoting their latest song, "Ice Cream Cake" and peaking at the top spot on music shows. She said, "There were a lot of burdens while preparing for this album, and I was bewildered [when we placed first on a music show]."
Wendy also said, "I am glad that more people know more about Red Velvet through this opportunity. These days, people recognize each member. Even without our two-tone hair."
When asked about their dorm-life, Irene revealed, "It feels more like I'm living with my family than with friends. We know each other even when we don't talk. There were even times when we would spend the night just talking."
Seulgi added, "It's also fun cooking together. Recently, I tried making soojaebi, but while making it, I failed when it came to how much water I had to put in. Wendy is the best at cooking. She even baked me a cake on my birthday."
Lastly, Joy revealed that their goal as Red Velvet is to be known as a talented group that is malleable enough to adjust to different kinds of genres.
Meanwhile, the full pictorial and interview can be checked out in the May issue of 'CeCi' released in Korean and Thailand.
