Previously, 'SNL Korea' released what many found to be a humorous parody of the cursing controversy involving Lee Tae Im and Yewon this past weekend, but perhaps it is also garnering some negative response from the viewers as a rep stepped up on March 30 to ask that everyone view it as a simple parody than specific commentary on the incident.

The rep told Newsen, "We did not make a parody with some ulterior motive. We hope that people would not load too much meaning onto it. If so, then we believe it could become uncomfortable for either side, if anything.
We did not make this while siding with either side in the fight between those two people. They are people who work in the entertainment industry with us so we did not create this to make the situation difficult for them. Our program has always made a lot of parodies, so this was just a part of that. We hope that people would just view a parody as a parody. If they do not, then the width of our movements could become limited."
