Nicole opened up about her one-year stay in the United States, sharing, "I received lessons from Luam Keflezgy for about two months. It was a lesson that boosted my confidence... There hasn't been a stage that I was 100% satisfied with so far, I am the type to be strict on myself."
She also commented on her mentor and B2M Entertainment labelmate Lee Hyori, sharing, "No one can compare to Lee Hyori... I want to be like Lee Hyori sunbaenim's brand. I am in the process of making my own color [as an artist]."
