After defeating Japan 4-2 earlier in the week, South Korea has done it again. South Korea beat defending champion Japan with a score of 12 to 3 in the International Final of the Little League World Series taking place in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

South Korea had a huge 2nd inning where they scored 7 runs and easily cruised to victory. With this result, South Korea will face the winner of the Nevada-Illinois matchup for the Little League World Series title on Sunday, August 24 at 3PM.
South Korea is now a perfect 10-0 in the Little League World Series and have previously won the LLWS championship in both 1984 and 1985.
