Han Hye Jin's agency Namoo Actors rep stated on June 5, "Han Hye Jin and her husband Ki Sung Yong donated the monetary gift from their wedding of 60 million KRW (~58,700 USD) to World Vision last year."

The donation will go to paying the medical expenses of families under welfare in Korea. Thanks to the couple's hearts of gold, it has been revealed that patients in need were able to safely complete their surgeries for transplants, leukemia, pneumonectomy, and more. Han Hye Jin was also appointed as the World Vision ambassador in 2008 and has been consistently volunteering for children in need.

A documentary on the World Vision efforts, EBS' 'Giving Hope To Barefoot Children' featuring Han Hye Jin's narration, will also air on the 7th at 3:50 PM KST.
