SEE ALSO: CNBLUE files injunction against Crying Nut for spreading false information
According to the Seoul Central District Court, the petition for the injunction was rejected today, with the reasoning being, "The content that Crying Nut posted is nothing more than their reason for the lawsuit and its details as well as their response. It is difficult to see this is as false accusations and aims to defame CNBLUE."

As a quick recap, Crying Nut filed a lawsuit against CNBLUE because the idol band previously performed Crying Nut's "Offside" on 'M!Countdown' back in 2010 and the recorded performance was later included in their DVD released in Japan without permission. FNC claimed that the responsibility was not theirs as Mnet and CJ E&M were in charge of the 'M! Countdown' performance as well as the DVD production. However, Crying Nut remained firm on their stance.
CNBLUE and FNC Entertainment then filed a petition asking the court to issue an injunction that would prevent Crying Nut from allegedly spreading false information. According to FNC, Crying Nut had been using their homepage as well as various interviews to talk openly to defend their own side, which they felt caused harm to CNBLUE's image. However, that petition has now been rejected by the court.
