Brace yourself, Kang Seung Yoon is finally debuting - check out his teaser for "It Rains"

True to Yang Hyun Suk's word, YG Entertainment just released the first teaser photo for Kang Seung Yoon's debut single, "It Rains".


The teaser is simple but has impact. Looking a bit forlorn we see that the talented singer is going for a literal take on the rain concept.
