Some of you may have seen it coming, but YG Entertainment has delayed the debut of their new girl group.

Though the upcoming YG group was originally slated for a January debut, they're now expected to come out with their first release after this summer. As the agency has pushed back the debut date a few times already, many are not surprised by the sudden news.

YG Entertainment stated that due to the fact that Lee Hi, Kang Seung Yoon, G-Dragon, Taeyang, and 2NE1's comeback dates have been confirmed for any time from March to the end of this year, the new girl group's debut had to be delayed.

Currently, only two girls (above - Left: Kim Ji Soo, Right: Kim Jenny) have been confirmed to be part of the upcoming group.

Maybe this means they'll be really prepared for their debut?
