When Gyuri was asked, "What is the reason why you're always wearing heels", she expressed, "If you look at just the upper half of my body, I have a face that looks as if I'd be around 170 cm (around 5'7"). In order to satisfy my fans' expectations, I have to wear heels."

Revealed to have a height of 162 cm (around 5'3") on portal sites, KARA's leader is one of the shorter members in the group.
