On the 29th broadcast of SBS's 'London 2012 Special Marine Boy Forever Park Tae Hwan', footage of the Korean swimmer's daily life and preparations for the London Olympics were revealed.
What caught most viewers' attention however, was the swimmer's confessions about what he looks for in a woman.
During the special documentary Park Tae Hwan expressed, "I'm 24 years old now and honestly, at my age I can't say I don't like girls with pretty faces and nice lean bodies. But because I'm an athlete I think I'm drawn to a woman who takes good care of me." He also stated that with the end of the London Olympics, his new mission would be to find a girlfriend.
In addition, during the special the Olympic medalist showed off his skilled cooking abilities and said, "Before I started swimming my dream was to become a chef." He prepared a mouthwatering meal for his staff team and drew compliments from them all.
Currently Park Tae Hwan is competing in the 2012 London Olympics and has added two silver medals, from the 400m and 200m freestyle events, to South Korea's medal count. Even after experiencing a huge mental blow with his initial disqualification from the 400m preliminaries, the marine boy came back to show that he would not go down without a fight.
Catch the 1500m preliminary heats coming up on Friday, August 3rd 6:59 KST as Park Tae Hwan competes once more!
