Has comedian Noh Hong Chul been spotted in a foreign children's book?

One online user posted a screenshot of an illustrated english book along with the caption, "Foreign Book Noh Hong Chul".

Upon seeing the photo, netizens couldn't help but laugh at the striking similarity between Noh Hong Chul and the illustrated King.  The hair, expression, and even the mustache are all key trademarks of the gagmen.

The photo drew lots of laughs and netizens commented, "Omg! It looks exactly like him", "Is the author a fan of Noh Hong Chul?" and "Haha, this made my day".
