A few days ago, we reported that the MBC variety show 'Infinity Challenge' had broken 17,000 applications for their latest project, 'I Am Kind of a Singer', which will be a parody of the mega-hit survival variety show, 'I Am a Singer'. Although that number was impressive in itself, the show drew attention when, just four days later, it crossed the 100,000 application threshold as of the morning of November 29th in Korea. The show is expected to shut down application requests today. From the enormous pool of applicants, the producers will select a lucky 300 and invite them to the recording, which is slated to take place on December 15th. Source: Star News
