Huh Gak reveals why he started a serious diet

Singer Huh Gak, who is growing out of his 'Superstar K' shell with his new album 'Hello', revealed why he decided to seriously begin a diet. Huh Gak stated, "During 'Superstar K2', I went to the hospital once, and the results showed that I had a fatty liver. Because I was so shocked, I started working out and thinking I should seriously lose weight." A fatty liver is when your liver is composed of more than 5% fat, which creates issues with metabolizing food into energy and can lead to other illnesses in the long run. He went on to say, "After receiving the results, I lost 10 kg (22 lbs). However, after leaving 'Superstar K', I started to gain weight after a few months and the yo-yo diet found me, I was embarrassed seeing how fat I was on camera so I lost more than 10 kg again."
