Famous Hallyu star Rain will be enlisting in the Korean military on October 11th, but before then, he plans to personally reach out and communicate with his fans as much as he can. On September 23rd, a representative from Rain's agency stated through a phone interview, "He's going to be extremely busy between now and the time he actually enlists. It looks like he won't have any time off before then. He wants to meet with as many fans as possible." Rain will be performing a concert on the 24th at Seoul's Olympic Hall and will also hold a free concert in the streets of Gangnam on October 9th. His agency continued, "Other than his concert, he also has a few endorsement advertisements lined up, as well as filming for his movie 'Emergency', and a few music recordings... He will not be able to attend the Busan Film Festival due to his jam-packed schedule." Rain had also initially scheduled a press conference in regards to his concert on the 24th, but that has been cancelled as he has too much on his plate for the short amount of time he has left. The singer announced his enlistment via his official website and stated, "I'm not sure where I'll be assigned to as an active duty soldier, but I should find out this afternoon.
