Hallyu stars Bae Yong Joon and Kim Hyun Joong will be making an official visit to Japan on December 12th to participate in DATV's "Project Smile". "Project Smile" is a Japanese-based charity focused on 'bringing smiles' to impoverished children in countries like Cambodia and the Philippines. Individually, the stars enjoy an incredible amount of popularity. But together, they've forced Hallyu fans to put Tokyo's Haneda Airport on high alert due to their simultaneous entrance. A representative of the event revealed, "There were an endless stream of calls being made asking for details on what time the two stars will be arriving. Haneda Airport has stated that they will be doing their best to greet the Hallyu stars, as this will be the first time the airport will be met with such an event since their reconstruction this past October." Singer/actor Hwanhee will be lending his star power to the event as well, and will be joining the two on December 14th at the Tokyo Dome. Afterwards, Hwanhee will return to Korea immediately in order to resume filming for his MBC drama, "Lover of the Storm." Source: CBS via Nate Photo: fine35.blog81.fc2.com
