We're bombarded with idol groups these days, so it's great to hear musicians who delivers a gritty, staggering sound that's sure to make you scour the internet for their work. Indie rock band Guckkasten has been lauded as one of the most original bands in Korea due to their amazing array of sounds: rock with a touch of heavy metal, opera, and synth - how could they go wrong? What's interesting to note about this band is that they had to record their first album, "Guckkasten", twice after their initial work was wiped from a hard drive. That's pure dedication to their craft right there. Guckasten recently released the MV for "Manicure", the title track from their upcoming EP "Tagtraume". Be sure to check it out below! The band also collaborated with f(x) a few months back on "Music Bank" to perform their track "Vitriol", as well as a cover of No Doubt's "Don't Speak": Tip: KangMi
