Hallyu star actress Kim Tae Hee's advancement into the Japanese entertainment world has recently been gathering interest.
Japanese newspaper Nikkan Sports, who recently conducted an interview with the actress, stated on October 22nd, "Kim Tae Hee will soon officially start her Japanese activities. She has already signed a contract with a Japanese management company, and soon after she has plans to advance into Hollywood."
Kim Tae Hee said, "I've been studying Japanese to appeal to more Japanese fans. I want to act in Japanese dramas and movies."
Meanwhile, the actress' popularity has been soaring in Japan lately, all thanks to the Korean hit drama 'IRIS', which is currently being broadcast on the Japanese broadcasting channel, TBS.
