VIXX's Hongbin is the voice behind "Make a Dream" for the 'Legal High' OST.

"Make a Dream" is about being optimistic towards the future and reaching towards your dreams. The MV features scenes between arrogant and talented lawyer Go Tae Rim (played by Jin Goo) and passionate rookie lawyer Seo Ja In (Seo Eun Soo).
