All the major US outlets have reported that former President Donald Trump, the Republican candidate in the election for the 47th president of the United States, won the Presidential race in 2024. After a neck-and-neck battle in the polls with Democratic candidate Vice President Kamala Harris, Trump ultimately seized the victory, securing his reentry to the White House.

Although many anticipated the results, Korean netizens gathered to share their thoughts on the latest U.S. presidential election results with most expressing lament and concern. They commented:
