On March 20, Sung Si Kyung’s liquor brand Kyung (璄) announced, "We have decided to supply ‘Kyung Takju 12°’ to select restaurants that offer ideal pairings for the drink. These restaurants will be certified with the label ‘Kyung Choice.’"
The Kyung Choice program carefully selects authentic restaurants that serve dishes that pair well with 'Kyung Takju 12°,' prioritizing those in the Seoul area with reliable makgeolli (Korean rice wine) delivery and storage conditions.
Since these restaurants are personally curated by the Kyung (璄) brand, customers can expect a high-quality pairing experience that enhances the balanced flavors of Kyung Takju 12°. Additionally, the brand will collaborate with popular restaurants featured on Sung Si Kyung’s YouTube series, "Sung Si Kyung's Let's Eat", further expanding the availability of the product at well-known eateries.

This offline expansion aims to provide consumers with faster and more accessible ways to enjoy Kyung Takju 12° beyond the brand’s official online store. The Kyung (璄) brand plans to gradually expand the number of ‘Kyung Choice’ partner restaurants to increase accessibility and strengthen brand recognition.
Furthermore, Kyung Takju 12° has gained industry recognition, winning the Grand Prize in the Traditional Liquor - Takju - Fresh Makgeolli category at the 2025 Korea Liquor Awards, marking its second consecutive year of recognition.
Internationally, the product is also gaining traction. It is now available year-round on Japan’s Qoo10 online marketplace, where it has received an overwhelmingly positive response from local consumers.
For those interested in purchasing Kyung Takju 12°, the list of certified restaurants can be found on the official website and SNS channels. Online purchases are available on weekdays at 11 AM and 7 PM through the official store.
