‘Single’s Inferno’ star Lee Si An recently appeared on KISS OF LIFE Natty’s talk show 'Tty’s House', which was released on February 28, 2025. In the episode, she candidly addressed long-standing plastic surgery rumors and shared her honest thoughts about her dating show partner, Yook Jun Seo.
As a former trainee, Lee Si An was no stranger to the public eye, having previously appeared on survival programs like 'Produce 48'. Given her early exposure, many have speculated about changes in her appearance over the years. When Natty playfully asked what it was like to live with such a pretty face, Lee Si An gave an unexpected response: “It hasn’t been long, so I don’t know.” Her candid answer took the studio by surprise, sparking discussions online. While some interpreted her comment as an indirect acknowledgment of cosmetic procedures, others noted that it could simply mean her visuals have naturally evolved over time. Lee Si An also admitted to undergoing significant weight loss, which may have contributed to her transformed appearance.
During the episode, Natty also asked about Yook Jun Seo, Lee Si An’s final choice on Single’s Inferno. While it remains unclear whether the two continued dating after the show, Lee Si An couldn't hide her amusement when discussing him. Describing him as “a beast” with a laugh, she went on to explain that her initial attraction to him stemmed from his unexpected personality. “Yook Jun Seo appeared very manly and standoffish in the show, but he actually is someone who has a soft heart, is cute, and has an innocent side too. He’s also someone who is just kind. We also have good banter.” As Lee Si An’s close friend, Natty completely understood why she had chosen Yook Jun Seo in the end.
With her unfiltered honesty and charming personality, Lee Si An continues to captivate fans even after Single’s Inferno.
