In the video, Kian84 visited the orphanage with his close friends, fellow webtoon artist Park Tae Jun and TV personality Joo Geung Jeong. Kian84 shared that last year, he had donated approximately 70 million KRW (about $48,290) to the same orphanage.
Joo Geung Jeong added, "The donation helped provide children with meaningful experiences, such as soccer shoes and pads, that improve their quality of life."

Reflecting on his past donation efforts, Kian84 expressed his desire to inspire others, saying, “I felt a bit unsatisfied last year. There are many orphanages across the country, and I hope this challenge encourages more people to donate. If anyone wants to get involved, feel free to contact me."
Recalling his previous charitable actions, Kian84 mentioned his past visits to elderly people living alone, where he also donated 1 million KRW (about $700) each. Park Tae Jun reminisced, "I think that was our first donation together, about ten years ago."

The group also engaged with the children through a talent donation, assisting them with drawing activities. Park Tae Jun shared, “I was nervous at first, but in the end, I felt healed. I’m thankful to be here. This may be our first donation together.”
Kian84 concluded, “I believe that donating was the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. I feel proud of myself.” He also mentioned that although he had filmed his donation last year, he hadn’t posted it, thinking it might seem too showy.
However, he expressed his hope that others would be inspired by the video and join the cause, saying, "I want people to feel the same and donate more."
