JISOO marked her solo comeback with a heartwarming fan meeting event, showing her deep appreciation for fans.
On February 14 KST, JISOO hosted “SOO IN LOVE”, a special event held at CGV Cheongdam Cinecity in Seoul to celebrate the release of her new mini-album ‘AMORTAGE’. Taking place on the same day as her comeback, the event featured exclusive first looks at the physical album and behind-the-scenes footage of the title track ‘earthquake’. JISOO also made unforgettable memories with fans by filming a dance challenge video together.
Expressing her excitement, JISOO said, “I put a lot of effort into every little detail for this album, and now it’s finally out. I’m grateful and happy for all the love and support.” Regarding her title track, she revealed, “I found myself singing this song over and over—it felt like fate.”
During the event, she also went through the album’s concept photos, personally introduced all four tracks, and shared her creative process. JISOO took a moment to thank actor Cha Seung Won, who made a special appearance in the music video, and teased upcoming performance content, adding even more excitement for fans.
Meanwhile, ‘AMORTAGE’ is already setting record-breaking milestones, ranking #1 on the Worldwide iTunes Chart, #1 on China’s annual digital music album chart, and #1 on YouTube’s trending music list. Additionally, JISOO’s TikTok account became the fastest among Korean female artists to reach 7 million followers, and her 'Inkigayo' performance video continues to rack up views.
Following her comeback promotions, JISOO will embark on a 2025 fan meeting tour across seven Asian cities, including Manila, Bangkok, Tokyo, Macau, Taipei, Hong Kong, and Hanoi, bringing her music and performances to fans worldwide.
