NOMAD Entertainment released a statement on privacy violations against NOMAD.
On November 12, NOMAD Entertainment put out a notice addressing fans violating NOMAD's privacy. The label detailed instances of privacy violations and revealed those who continue to violate the group's privacy will be blacklisted without warning.

"Hello,This is NOMAD Entertainment.
First of all, we would like to thank all the fans who continue to support NOMAD.
Despite our previous guidance regarding fan club etiquette within the NOMAD b.stage, incidents that invade NOMAD's privacy continue to occur.
We would like to address the following behaviors that are considered violations of NOMAD's privacy and fan etiquette:
- Unauthorized visits to private spaces such as unofficial schedules, accommodations, hotels, or hair/makeup shops, and waiting there without permission.
- Attempting to engage in conversation or taking photos within airport security areas (including departure/arrival zones and boarding gates) when NOMAD is traveling.
- Following NOMAD's vehicle after official schedules have ended.
- Following or attempting to find NOMAD members during their personal schedules.
- Persistently contacting, engaging in conversation, or attempting physical contact with NOMAD members.
Fans who continue these behaviors, which violate NOMAD's privacy and etiquette rules, will be blacklisted without prior warning. There will also be restrictions on participating in fan events and activities.

Additionally, if any of the above violations are reported or observed from today onward, the individuals involved will be considered for the blacklist. The list will be made public via the b.stage community.
