Byun Woo Seok's private security issued an apology for the latest incident in an airport lounge.

On July 13th, the representative from the private security of Byun Woo Seok apologized. "No personnel should have acted that way while bodyguarding a client. It is not in our manual to do so, however, I feel responsible as the representative of the company. We apologize for inconveniencing other customers in the lounge by flashing lights in the eye." 

He then expressed their commitment to enhancing training to avoid any similar occurrences in the future. 

Previously, the said controversy arose when a video surfaced online showing the bodyguard flashing lights in the eyes of others as soon as Byun Woo Seok entered the airport lounge. The incident was met with disapproval from netizens, saying the bodyguard was overreacting when he certainly did not rent out the entire lounge.
