On the 25th, Kim Woo Bin's agency, AM Entertainment, confirmed to Star News, "Kim Woo Bin has purchased a building located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul."
According to the real estate industry, the building Kim Woo Bin acquired is the former headquarters of Big Hit Entertainment (now HYBE), which is known for managing BTS. The purchase price of the building is 13.7 billion KRW (approximately 10.7 million USD).
Big Hit Music used this building from 2007 until they relocated their office from Nonhyeon-dong to Samseong-dong in 2018. The company rebranded to HYBE and moved to Yongsan in 2020.
Meanwhile, Kim Woo Bin is set to appear in the Netflix original series 'All the love you wish for'.
"ARMY" are already spacking out over his purchase of this building and sending him hate. Some are even upset because they haven't made their "pilgrimage" to the building yet. They're even threating to keep vandalising it if he renovates it. You cannot convince me that these people aren't INSANE. That building has been turned into a complete eyesore, it needs to be renovated. I feel sorry for the previous owners, BigHit didn't even own the building, yet people were scrawling all over it.
