The group The Wind charged up global fans at 'KCON JAPAN 2024' ahead of their first anniversary debut.
The Wind performed at the K-POP Fan & Artist Festival 'KCON JAPAN 2024', held from May 10 to 12 at Makuhari Messe and ZOZO Marine Stadium in Japan.
Making their first visit to Japan since their debut, The Wind decorated a variety of stages over three days at 'KCON JAPAN 2024', including the main show 'M Countdown Stage', the 'Connecting Stage', 'Showcase', and 'KCON Stage'.
Not only did they deliver high-quality performances, but The Wind also shone with their global presence by communicating with local fans in fluent Japanese throughout the event.
During the main performances, The Wind broadcasted their distinct youthful and teen vibe through stages like 'H! TEEN', the title track from their mini-album released this February, 'Heart Fluttering', the title track of their first single 'WE GO', and 'Sirius', a track from their debut album.
The energetic performances and refreshing visuals of The Wind members filled the venue with cheers.
The Wind captivated the local audience by performing the Japanese version of their debut song 'ISLAND'. They also raised the heat at the venue with a performance of 'Adore U', covered with The Wind's cool vocals, powerful choreography, and fresh charm.
Having successfully completed their stage at 'KCON JAPAN 2024', The Wind continued to meet local fans by holding a special event at Tower Records Shibuya in Japan this afternoon (13th).
As The Wind approaches their first debut anniversary on the 15th, they are spending a meaningful 'The Wind WEEK' while continuing to release rich content along with their schedule in Japan.
Various versions of their first-anniversary photos and the 2024 version of 'ISLAND' dance practice and short-form videos have been unveiled. On the 15th, they will officially release their new single 'I'll Give You the Light Part.2'.
The Wind's new digital single 'I'll Give You the Light Part.2' will be released at 6 PM on the 15th through various music sites.
