aespa will perform a cover of Seo Taiji's classic song.
SM Entertainment announced on aespa's official SNS on the 8th that they would remake Seo Taiji's 'Regret of the Times' into a 2024 version.
'Regret of the Times' was a track included in Seo Taiji and Boys' fourth regular album in 1996, known for its lyrics that embody a spirit of resistance, such as 'Hoping for a new world to come'.
This project is part of the SM Station initiative and will be released as a digital audio file. It is scheduled to be released through various music platforms at 6 PM (Korean time) on the 15th.
Meanwhile, aespa released their fourth mini-album 'Drama' last November and achieved three consecutive million-seller openings with 'Girls' and 'My World'.
