Stray Kids has maintained their impressive global presence, according to Billboard’s official website. Their mini-album 'Rock(樂)-STAR,’ released last month, ranked 11th on Billboard’s ‘200’ and ‘Artist 100’ charts as of December 9th. Previously, on November 25th, they achieved 1st place on the ‘Billboard 200.’ This marked their fourth consecutive top entry with albums ‘ODDINARY,’ ‘MAXIDENT,’ and ‘★★★★★ (5-STAR).’
Stray Kids also held the top spot on the ‘Artist 100’ for four weeks, reinforcing their status on Billboard’s main charts. Their latest album and its title track ‘樂 (STAR)’ performed well across multiple Billboard charts, including 1st in ‘World Albums,’ 2nd in ‘Top Album Sales,’ 2nd in ‘Top Current Album Sales,’ 6th in ‘World Digital Song Sales,’ 94th in ‘Billboard Global 200,’ and 57th in ‘Billboard Global (excluding the U.S.).’
The group’s album success extends beyond Billboard. Their album ‘樂-STAR’ quickly became a double million-seller and topped both the Hanteo Chart’s weekly and monthly physical album charts, as well as the Circle Chart’s weekly and monthly retail album charts.
On Spotify, ‘樂-STAR’ exceeded 100 million streams in less than a month. In Spotify’s ‘2023 Wrapped,’ Stray Kids ranked 5th in ‘Most-streamed K-pop Artist Top 10,’ 16th in ‘2023 Top Groups,’ and 40th in ‘2023 Top Groups Canada.’ These achievements underscore their standing as a leading 4th generation K-pop boy group.
