BTS's Jungkook will continue activities until his military enlistment.
Earlier last week, Big Hit Music officially announced that the rest of the BTS members - RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook - have begun their military enlistment process so that the group can make a comeback together in 2025.
Following the announcement, Jungkook left a heartfelt message to his fans, revealing that he will enlist in December. He wrote, "I'm starting a new journey in December. I'll be leaving everyone temporarily to fulfill my military duty. A part of me feels heavy as I tell you this, but on the other hand, my heart grows warm when I think of the precious memories I've shared with ARMY."
It seems Jungkook will be continuing his activities until the last moments when he enlists.
On November 27, the Japanese music program CDTV LIVE LIVE announced on its social media account that Jungkook has joined the live performance lineup for the episode airing on December 4.
On this day, Jungkook will perform "Seven" and "Standing Next To You."
Notably, this might be Jungkook's last live performance before his official military enlistment. So, many Korean netizens are excited to see Jungkook's last performance.
Netizens commented, "Wow, so crazy," "I'm glad because there were a lot of Japanese fans waiting to see him," "I'm so happy to see him one last time," "I'm excited," "Oh wow," and "Japanese fans are lucky!"
I though Jungkook last performance was when he did his Showcase I didn’t realise he was going to do another show this is good we get to see his last performance til he comes back in 2025 with the members. I will definitely watch this when it’s uploaded to YouTube. Also Jimin got to see him Perform live in person as he couldn’t attend the last performance as he had a shoot on that day.
