Fans send protest trucks against Wakeone as the company decides to conduct fansign events without ZEROBASEONE member Zhang Hao

ZEROBASEONE aka ZB1's center, main vocalist, and visual member Zhang Hao was recently confirmed to have been diagnosed with COVID-19. According to the statement from their agency Wakeone, "On August 25 (Friday), Zhang Hao felt abnormal symptoms such as mild body aches, and hence conducted a rapid antigen test and tested positive for Covid-19."
The agency has also mentioned that the upcoming face-to-face fansigning events on August 25, 26, and 27 will be held with eight members excluding Zhang Hao.
Although Wakeone has decided to proceed with the fansigning events as scheduled without Zhang Hao, fans are not happy with this decision at all.
The enraged fans took to Twitter to actively protest against what they perceive as Wakeone's constant mistreatment towards Zhang Hao and the hashtag demanding the postponement of the fansigning events soon entered the top 5 trends in South Korea.

Chinese fans also joined hands to show their support for Zhang Hao. The topic became a hot search on China's biggest platform Weibo.
zhang hao is now trending #1 under entertainment on weibo hot search, everyone is wishing for his speedy recovery and also discussing wakeone's mismanagement and not postponing the fansign events.
Fans even sent a protest truck in front of the Wakeone building, asking the company to postpone the fansigning events or hold individual fansigning events for Zhang Hao after his recovery; some even asked for refunds.
Fans are saying this entire situation is a big indication of their inability to treat the members properly.
The fact that wakeone is literally playing with people’s emotions and bcs of this issue the environment of the fansign is also ruined which will also effect hao and the rest of the members mentally!hao’ll blame himself
fans don't just go to these fansigns for the autograph. they spent so much for a chance to communicate and meet with their idols and to let them know how much love and support they are getting. refunding will not do anything.
can't manage to fit in a 2 min song into the fancon but will go through lengths such as to mail all 400 individual albums as well as refund thousands of albums,
