Fans outraged over JYP Entertainment's decision to halt Stray Kids' Bang Chan's "Chan's Room" Broadcast

During a recent fansign event, Stray Kids' leader, Bang Chan, dropped a revelation that took fans by surprise.
When probed about "Chan's Room" (찬이의 "방") - his beloved live broadcast series - Bang Chan unveiled that, contrary to his wishes to continue the show, JYP Entertainment has not granted permission.
The news left Stray Kids' devoted fanbase, endearingly dubbed as STAYs, profoundly disheartened. "Chan's Room," which made its debut on VLIVE in 2019, has since accumulated 208 episodes. Now aired on YouTube, fans often refer to the series as "a sanctuary".
Post this revelation, STAYs fervently rallied behind Bang Chan. While some poured out their sentiments, reminiscing the solace they derived from the weekly broadcasts, others took a critical stance against JYP Entertainment's decision. This led to the emergence of trending Twitter hashtags like "JYPEProtectBangChan", "TreatBangChanRight", and the notably pointed "DIV1DISBAND", aimed at Division 1, the JYPE subunit responsible for managing Stray Kids.
To empower their protest, fans sent two protest trucks around JYP Entertainment's building, asking the company to let Bang Chan continue his livestreams.
Days have passed since the last episode was aired, and unfortunately, the company has yet to provide a public comment regarding the future of the broadcast or reveal their reasons behind the controversial decision to stop it.
I wonder if these are the same 'fans' who were outraged at his (mild, no names mentioned) comments in the May 14th episode, causing a needless controversy, which got it shut down in the first place?
.
More trucks....good grief.

Really, this comes down to the fans on MANY sides. I can see how what he said could be misconstrued, but the fact of the matter is he didn't say anyone specifically during the broadcast we all know about. But then fans decided to run with it and attack other groups in "defense" of him- something he never asked them to do, and now it's lead to this. If certain fans, not all fans of course, didn't take everything so literally I doubt this situation would have come to fruition. But the groups (one in particular we all know) were so viciously attacked after he made a passing comment about a situation, which caused those groups fans to retaliate, creating an inexcusable situation.
Fans on both sides never should have gone that hard, they never should have attacked any one for a comment he made, and this is the result. I honestly don't blame the company, and while I think it's an extreme decision, Bangchan is INCREDIBLY valuable to them as an artist, writer and producer. The last thing he needs is a trail of scandals following him due to fans taking his words and going on a crusade in his name. I feel for him, but fans took it too far and this is the result.
