BLACKPINK's latest music video quickly surpassed 100 million views!
The global girl group's music video for their highly anticipated comeback with "Pink Venom" officially surpassed 100 million views on YouTube on August 20 at 6:36 PM KST. The music video, which was released on August 19 at 1 PM KST, only reached the milestone 29 hours later.
"Pink Venom" is not only BLACKPINK's fastest music video to reach 100 million views, but also the fastest music video in history among female artists. The previous record was held by their own music video for "How You Like That."
Furthermore, "Pink Venom" is the quickest music video by a Korean act to reach the milestone in 2022. Overall, it is the fastest Korean music video by a Korean act in history to hit the mark. In fact, just four hours after its release, BLACKPINK had the biggest debut by a female artist on YouTube this year.
