On July 23, the first-week stream count for j-hope's long-awaited solo debut album 'Jack In The Box' on Spotify ended, and it recorded 63,705,507 streams in its first week of release. The album now holds the second-biggest first-day and first-week album debut by a K-Pop act on Spotify in 2022, following his own group's album, 'Proof', as of July 23.
In particular, the album's title song "Arson" has achieved the eighth-biggest first-week song debut by a K-Pop act on Spotify in 2022 with over 16.2 million streams accumulated in the first week of its release. While the album's pre-release track titled "MORE" is the sixth-biggest song debut by a K-Pop artist in first-week streams on Spotify this year with over a whopping 21 million streams, as of July 23.
