On Sunday, 6th March, BTS’s members V, J-Hope, Jungkook, and Jin held a live broadcast to talk about their upcoming concert in Seoul. While the ARMY laughed along with the boys on their take on the rules set for the concert and the rapport among them, fans were also excited to learn new facts about them. Among them, V made several revelations creating a buzz in the fandom.

Here are the top three new facts we learned about V:

1. How does V lose/maintain his weight?

V, who revealed his current weight as 63.9 (kg), shared that he recently went on a diet and has been rigorously preparing for the concert by doing aerobics and sports such as judo. He said, “The sports were so extensive (I) felt like I could faint (while doing it).”

2. What does V do in an exam when he is unsure of the answer?

In a conversation on which option the members choose, if they are not well-prepared in an exam, V revealed that he seeks help from the angels and said, “Whenever I ask the angel, it always tells me to pick choice number three.”

3. What does V want ARMY to comment on during their live streams?

As one would expect, the comment section of any BTS live is majorly taken over by an ocean of purple hearts. Though V is the creator of “Borahae,” which birthed the said emoji, he has now revealed that he prefers questions above all as he loves to interact with the fans. In a reply to Jin stating that the comments were mainly purple hearts, V replied, “Please send in some meaningful questions, instead of stuff like "party party yeah.”

Aside from these, V also shared his experiences with Covid, urging the fans to be extra mindful, and said, “I am saying this jokingly/lightly now because I am past it, but it felt like pieces of glass were stuck in my throat. Everyone, please be careful.”  

V also bid goodbye to the ARMY with a heartfelt message and said, “I'll perform with the thankfulness that we are at least able to see each other. Don't be too distraught [at not being able to cheer] I really miss you.”
