A second member of WEi has tested positive for COVID-19.
On November 15 KST, the group's agency OUI Entertainment took to WEi's official fan cafe to announce that member Junseo tested positive for the virus.
"On the 14th, Following Kim Yo Han's positive COVID-19 test result, all of the members, as well as staff that had been in contact with him, immediately underwent PCR testing," the agency stated. All members aside from Junseo tested negative.
Junseo began showing symptoms of the virus that same day; however, the agency insists that these symptoms are mild.
As a result, Kim Yo Han and Junseo are both following health authority guidelines, Seokhwa and Daehyun are temporarily self-quarantined, and Kim Dong Han and Yongha must spend ten days in self-quarantine, as required of those who did not receive the second dose of their vaccine or had not passed the vaccine's two-week inoculation period.
WEi's scheduled activities from November 14 on have been halted. Scheduled activities included an in-person fansign event as well as Seokhwa's appearance in the 'Klimt' musical, which was originally scheduled for November 20, but now moved to November 24.
Meanwhile, it was previously announced that the premiere date of Kim Yo Han's upcoming drama 'School 2021' has moved to November 24 as well after both he and an extra cast member tested positive for the virus.
I hope both he and Yohan will get well soon and that the other four will stay Covid free. Poor babies.
