About a week ago, it was reported that BTS will be returning to the popular American talk show, 'The Late Late Show with James Corden.'
On November 15, CBS's 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' took to its official Twitter page and announced that BTS will be appearing on their talk show on November 23. In addition to their interview with the main host James Corden, BTS will be performing their hit track "Permission to Dance."
Then on November 23, fans spotted the group filming their crosswalk concert for James Corden, and fans shared photos of the group as they were seen working. This quickly drew attention from fans as this was after James Corden received backlash from BTS fans for calling BTS's appearance at the UN 'unusual'.
Being known as Papa Mochi prior this his remark on his show about BTS's appearance at the UN and about their fans, James Corden disappointed the global fandom as he insulted them by stating that BTS members were "unusual" guests at the UN, saying, "The United Nations General Assembly kicked off this morning in New York City, and it started with some pretty unusual visitors..." In addition, he further infuriated fans as he stated, "Historic moment. It actually marks the first time that 15-year-old girls everywhere found themselves wishing that they were Secretary-General António Guterres."
Therefore, many fans took to social media to express their feelings about seeing BTS working hard to film for James Corden again.
People who can't get over the harmless UN jokes are so immature and annoying 🙄
Anyway, excited for the crosswalk concert.
