j-hope's 'Chicken Noodle Soup (feat. Becky G)' was and continues to be a worldwide sensation since its release in the September of 2019.

The song brought to the forefront the respect j-hope holds for his dance roots and those that played a role in honing his skill.

BANGSTER, one of j-hope's dance mentors and a fellow member of Neuron, also participated in the choreography of the song.

Utilizing the chorus on Webstar and Young B's song of the same name, j-hope and Becky came together to relieve their childhood spent dancing to the tune of Chicken Noodle Soup.

j-hope released the song for free after paying Young B about 2.7 Million Dollars to sample the original release.

Featuring Korean, Spanish, and English Lyrics along with over 50 other dancers from different nationalities, Chicken Noodle Soup broke down cultural barriers and continues to be quoted by prominent figures for the same.

Korea's Foreign Minister, Kang Kyung-Wha, talked about j-hope's 'Chicken Noodle Soup' explaining how 'culture can be a platform to create added value through meeting other industries' at the 2019 ASEAN-ROK Commemorative Summit.

Becky G fondly reminisces of her experience working with j-hope, and fans wish to see them collaborate again.

The song was the first time a member of BTS entered the Billboard Hot 100 as a solo act, with Chicken Noodle Soup debuting at #81 and was also the first collaboration in history to achieve #1 in at least 100 countries on iTunes.
