On September 28, it was announced that the K-pop girl group aespa will be performing in the opening ceremony for the League of Legends: Wild Rift SEA Championship 2021 Grand Finals, presented by ESL Mobile Challenge. There are currently eight teams remaining in the championship, where they will be competing for the prize pool of $200,000 USD and the opportunity to compete in the Wild Rift Global Tournament in November. On October 3, aespa will be kicking off the first Wild Rift SEA championship with a powerful performance.
aespa entered the music industry as 'monster rookies' and recently dominated global music charts with their hit track "Next Level." G.
